What can’t be returned or refunded:
- Digital Products: Once a digital product, such as a PDF or report, has been sent, it cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all digital products sold on AstrologiaMedieval.com, such as birth charts, horoscopes, tarot readings, and other reports.
- Partially Consumed Products: We do not offer refunds for partially consumed products. Once you have received your digital product, you are considered to have consumed it, even if you have not read or used it.
